Hi all!
So, the first post from a blog. This is hard. Ok, my name is Frederico Dreifuss, and I am a 20 year old male who have spent his life just lazing around, living a bohemian life, and has recently started a war against the balance, or should I say, peace with healthy lifestyle and co. During my life there were always some sort of activity, but never commitment to make me excel at it, or even make me loose some kilos, swimming, boxing, soccer, tennis, weight training are examples of such failure to stick with an sport.
The two first weeks of running are done! Well, it didn't killed me as expected, but I am sure that I am far from having a healthy life. Just to walk to class from the bus stop is enough to make me start sweating. Running in general isn't bad, the only negative side is to be feeling left over due to not being able to keep run the pace. I feel like Simon Pegg at "Run, Fatboy, Run.", but I like his films, so I guess that's good. My legs are a little stiff from the week, I can feel the muscle harden. Not really anxious to running on a Monday, aka worst day of all week, but I am anxious to see if I can do it, If can finally commit myself to something, and so beginning my life of sweat. Bring it on sweat!
